Site work and paving for a civil project in Miami, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Reference Number 0000392976 The City is seeking to procure a qualified and experienced DBF to provide services for the Project including, but not limited to design and construction of the Project with 30%, 60%, and final (100%) drawings for installation of a new stormwater pump station, installation of a new drainage system, installation of a new water distribution system, adjusting road elevations, milling and resurfacing, utility coordination, fire hydrant relocation/installation, site preparation, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, harmonization of intersecting side streets and adjacent properties, reconstruction of driveways and pedestrian accesses, removal of encroachments, signing and pavement markings, landscaping, and all other ancillary components required to deliver a fully functional neighborhood project.
