The Contractor shall supply labor, material, and equipment for constructing TRACK AND FIELD elements for 3 high schools : Southview High School, Grays Creek High School, and Jack Britt High School. They include pole vault, high jump, triple jump, long jump, discus, and shot put. The Contractor shall furnish and deliver all of the materials, and perform all of the work in the manner and form as provided by the following enumerated plans, specifications and documents, which are attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully contained herein: Notice to Bidders; Instructions to Bidders; General Conditions: Supplementary General Conditions; specifications; accepted proposal; this Contract, performance bond; payment bond; and drawings The deadline for questions will be April 16, 2025. All questions need to be sent in writing to admin@crawforddsn.com . There Will Not Be a Pre-bid Conference for the Re-bid. The Contractor May Visit the Project Site on Their Own, Just Check in at the Office First. Complete Bid Documents Will Be Issued Electronically to All Interested and Qualified Bidders. If the portion of the work to be executed by HUB certified/minority businesses as defined in GS143- 128.2(g) and 128.4(a),(b),(e) is equal to or greater than 10% of the bidders total contract price, then the bidder must complete this affidavit. This affidavit shall be provided by the apparent lowest responsible, responsive bidder within 72 hours after notification of being low bidder. A Bid Bond is Required. Performance and Payment Bonds Will Be Required.
