This project consists of 2 classroom Additions, a cafeteria addition, art/storage addition, renovation of the existing building areas, and extensive site work, with a combined area of approximately 1,336,825 square feet. 2. The work will be constructed in multiple phases in accordance with the Phasing plan A0.201 and Project Schedule. 3. The herein referenced documents will enable your firm the opportunity to submit a detailed proposal.
