Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in New Richmond, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of New Richmond seeks a contractor to construct concrete forms, provide any necessary material, and complete the surface with a broom finish. The following tasks are estimated but not limited to the following: (Contractor shall be responsible for complete list of tasks to complete the project) Material and labor supplied by Contractor o Prep slab foundation and compact base material o Construct forms and supply form material as needed o Pour concrete slabs at minimum 3.5" thickness o All slabs to be broom finished o Round all edges with 1/4 -inch minimum edging tool o Concrete Material supplied by City o Domed Detectable ADA Warning Fields o Restoration of disturbed areas (dirt, seed and asphalt). All work must be completed within 4 weeks of the initial start date and with a final completion date no later than August 15th, 2025. The City reserves the right to add or subtract quantities after the contract is awarded. Bids shall remain valid for 90 days from the bid receipt date. The contractor shall warranty the work for a period of 1-year following completion. Contractor will correct or replace any defective work within the warranty period. Payment for services rendered shall be made on net 30 day terms from date of invoice.
