**As of April 30, 2025, the project was awarded to Total Excavating, with an awarded amount of $1,898,872.06.** The work for which bids are requested includes approximately 2850 linear feet of street and utility reconstruction consisting of; clearing and grubbing, removals, sanitary sewer and laterals, water main and services, storm sewer, excavation, grading, aggregate, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk and driveway, asphaltic paving and restoration. Bilmar Avenue from E 11th Street (CTH GG) to Paperjack Drive - LRIP funding is available for this project. Oakes Trail - State Stewardship, Federal Recreational Trails Program funding is available for this project.
