Site work, new construction and addition to a warehouse / distribution facility in Riverton, Utah. Completed plans call for the addition of a warehouse / distribution facility; for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
Quote to expand a storage shed in order to make a sign shop. The shed is at Public Works, 12526 South 4150 West. The quote is to add three walls to the building creating a new space that is 12' x 16'. Height of the wall is to be 12' tall and can be framed with metal studs or wood studs. Move the existing window to the new outside wall and add a 3' 0" wood door jam where the window was to provide access to the new section. New section is to be sheeted with 7/16" OSB sheeting. Tie in the new roof with the existing roof. Roof is to be sheeted with 7/16" OSB sheeting, metal roofing to match existing roofing. Install new Lp siding, paint to match existing building. Install new soffit and facia, color to match existing. Inside walls do not need to be finished, can be exposed studs Contractor is required to complete the project within 30-days from receipt of the notice to proceed. City will issue a Notice to Proceed within three (3) business days after the due date. Contract time (commencement of work date) begins seven (7) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed Date.
