JVWTP Chemical Building HVAC Upgrades JVWCD operates two chemical feed buildings at Jordan Valley Water Treatment Plant (JVWTP) located in Herriman, Utah. These buildings were constructed in 1971 (Alum Storage), 2003 (fluoride storage) and 2010 (chlorine dioxide) respectively. This project includes replacing the existing heating and/or cooling units for each building. Along with this, the project includes extending the exhaust stacks for a generator also located at JVWTP. SITE OF WORK: Jordan Valley Water Treatment Plant, 15305 South 3200 West, Herriman, Utah 84065 COMPLETION OF WORK: All work shall be completed within 250 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. BID SECURITY: Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, money order or bid bond in the amount of five percent of the total bid price payable to the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District as a guarantee that the bidder, if its bid is accepted, will promptly execute the contract, provide evidence of worker's compensation insurance, and furnish a satisfactory faithful performance bond in the amount of 100 percent of the total bid price and a payment bond in the amount of 100 percent of the total bid price.
