The purpose of this project is to widen the northern portion of Lititz Road (T-715), construct a new Kreider Lane driveway, remove existing Kreider access to create parking area, and add a signal to the intersection of Lancaster Road (SR0072) and Lititz Road (T-715). All Bidders and Subcontractors must be PennDOT pre-qualified. The Township has determined that this work is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act ( 43 P. S. 165-1 - 165-17 ) and the Contractor shall pay at least the wage rates as determined in the decision of the Secretary of Labor and Industry and shall comply with the conditions of the act approved August 15, 1961, and the regulations issued thereto, to assure the full and proper payment of the rates, except as amended by the Contract documents.
