The Work to be done consists of the providing labor, materials, equipment, insurance and bonds to install a roundabout at the intersection of South Main Street and 8th Street in downtown Columbia. BIDS shall be accompanied by a cashier's check or BID Guarantee bond in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the BID made payable to the City of Columbia, OWNER, and subject to the conditions provided in the INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDERS. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish an acceptable PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BOND, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price.
