SCOPE This Invitation to Tender consists of the supply and delivery of Lime to the Caribou and Restigouche Mines on an as and when required basis. This contract will be effective for four (4) years commencing April 1, 2025, and expiring on March 31, 2029. CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA Award will be made to the lowest compliant bid based upon the lowest total price bid that meets the requirements listed within this document. Bidders MUST bid on all items to be considered for award.
