Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The proposed Work includes the supply and installation of storm sewer main, manholes and catch basins, parking lot reconstruction, electrical duct banks, electrical wiring, cast in place concrete, and environmental protection. The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform the work as required for a Unit Price Contract in accordance with these documents. Deadline to Submit Questions: 03/06/2025 at 5:00 PM AT All questions are to be submitted via e-mail to the attention of the Procurement Officer using the "Question and Answer Template" attached to these Instructions to Bidders. The Work shall commence no later than April 15, 2025. Substantial Performance of the Work shall be obtained by June 15, 2025.
