Renovation of a municipal facility in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Supply and install one new built-up plenum wall make-up air unit to provide general ventilation to the garage areas of this facility, as indicated. .2 Remove existing exhaust fans and ductwork, as indicated. .3 Supply and install a new gas detection system. .4 Supply and install a new hose reel exhaust fan complete with two (2) new hose reels. .5 Supply and install a new heating water to heating glycol plate-and-frame heat exchanger, circulating pumps, expansion tank, glycol fill tank, control valve, energy valves, and all associated piping and equipment. .6 Modify the existing controls system to control all new equipment being added. .7 Provide all electrical removals as indicated. .8 Provide all new power wiring, starters, disconnects, wiring, conduit, and all other required equipment, as indicated. .9 Provide air and water balancing for all new equipment being added in this project and as indicated. All bid submissions must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price.
