The work included under this project consists of improvements to the City of Ogdensburg Marina docks including new steel pipe piles, new dock floats, boat slip floats, electrical improvements and water supply improvements. The project is located next to the Dobisky Center, 100 Riverside Avenue in the City of Ogdensburg, New York. BID SECURITY: Bidders will be required to provide Bid Security in the amount of not less than 5% of the total bid price in the form described in the "INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS". No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of opening thereof.
