The work to be performed for this project consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials and equipment necessary for completion of the West of Market Sewermain Rehabilitation Pilot Project. The City of Kirkland requires that no person shall, on the grounds of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, age, marital status, political affiliation, sexual orientation, or the presence of any sensory, mental, or physical disability be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity. The City of Kirkland further assures that every effort will be made to ensure non-discrimination in all of its programs and activities, whether those programs are federally funded or not. ESTIMATE: $310,000 to $375,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This contract is for the West of Market Sewermain Rehabilitation Pilot Project. The scope of work includes the rehabilitation by lining approximately 1,335 linear feet of 6-inch sanitary sewers. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Plans, these Contract Special Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
