Question Deadline 06/19/2025 at 5:00 PM PT The NE 130th St & NE 125th St Mobility and Safety project will construct infrastructure for improved pedestrian and bike facilities and enhanced bus speed and reliability. Work includes excavation, pavement and sidewalk removal/restoration, shared asphalt paths and sidewalks, ADA curb ramps, driveways, bus stops, signing, channelization, traffic signals, lighting, landscaping, storm drainage, concrete barrier, pedestrian railing, and other project elements. For purpose of the Bidder/Subcontractor list, this project includes Electrical and Rebar work. Project Location: City of Seattle on NE 130th St from 1st Ave NE to 5th Ave NE, NE Roosevelt Way from 5th Ave NE to 10th Ave NE, and NE 125th St from 10th Ave NE to 32nd Ave NE In accordance with Chapter 39.12 RCW, the City Charter, and the Project Manual, the Contractor must pay, or cause to be paid to persons employed on or in connection with this Work, not less than the prevailing rate of wage for an hour's work specified for the labor performed. If the successful Contractor fails to complete Work within the time set forth above, (s)he will be charged Liquidated Damages per Section 4 of the Agreement and Section 1-08.9.
