Site work for a mixed-use development in Roseville, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work for the base bid includes, but is not limited to: Converting a large landscaped area into turf. This includes removal of existing bark mulch, improvements to existing irrigation system, performing soil preparation, seeding areas for turf, and installation of new concrete mowbands. Bid Alternates will include: additional landscaped area converted to turf, and relocating and spreading of removed bark mulch to another site in lieu of disposal. Engineer's Estimate: The engineer's estimate for construction of the base bid item is $176,987.00 questions will not be accepted after this date. Only Addenda issued by the City are binding. All questions shall be directed to the attention of Kelly Appier via Public Purchase at online Question Deadline 02/17/2025
