Replant 5 Leland Cypress trees by the generator and propane tank outside the fence. Replace damaged access hatch ( 30x54 inside dimensions ) and vent ( 4 PVC ) to underground vault damaged during the accident. Any hidden damages discovered during repairs deemed caused by the accident.
