Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wood Village, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The contractor shall implement the specified intersection improvements on the intersection of NE Wood Village Blvd and NE Riverwood St including the construction of one pedestrian crosswalk. The crossing shall include ADA-compliant curb ramps and solar-powered rectangular rapid flashing beacon (RRFB) traffic control signals. Work shall include all procurement, demolition, construction, and pavement striping described in the project plans. Assembly and installation of beacons must be performed according to manufacturer and engineer standards by a qualified electrician. The contractor shall implement site controls including traffic and stormwater controls as specified in project plans. All work is within Multnomah County Right-of-Way and is done under permit and approval of the Multnomah County Transportation Department. The City will procure all permits for construction. Work hours will be limited to between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Saturday work will require prior request by the contractor and approval by City Manager. Documentation and inspection shall be performed by City staff. Proposers shall include with their proposal a Bid Bond to the amount of 5% of the Bid price. Proposers must show that they are licensed and bonded in Oregon.
