Demolition, site work and paving for a civil project in Wood Village, Oregon. Completed plans call for the demolition of a road / highway; water / sewer project; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The work includes demolition and replacement of approximately 2025 square yards of asphalt pavement surface and installation of four stormwater catch basins connecting to the existing system. Specific deliverables are: right of way and erosion control permitting (permit costs paid by the City); removal and disposal of 2.5" existing asphalt surface and 1.5" of existing base rock; grading and proof roll of remaining base rock; placement of 4" Level 1 HMAC pavement in two lifts (vibratory compaction equipment not permitted for HMAC compaction; City responsible for compaction testing during HMAC placement); removal and disposal of one existing catch basin and 10 LF of storm drain pipe; installation of three grate inlet stormwater catch basins, one curb inlet, and approximately 64 LF of ductile iron storm drain pipe; site traffic control, including coordination of residential access for affected properties and preparation of a traffic control plan for City approval; accommodation of garbage collection on Thursdays; site erosion and sedimentation control with designation of a qualified erosion control manager; and final inspection and walk-through. Work hours are limited to 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with Saturday work requiring prior request and City Manager approval.
