Renovation of an educational facility in Stratford, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a primary / secondary education facility.
The project scope consists of the re-roofing of Roof Area B; approximately 7553 SF. Including the removal and disposal of the existing roof system, with existing gypsum board and roof deck to remain and the installation of a 2 Ply Modified Bitumen Asphalt-Free roof system, complete with raised mechanical units and parapets to accommodate added insulation.
