Lift to meet minimum requirements specified below (if unit does not meet specified requirements, please clearly note difference). All Service and Parts Manuals shall be provided. Saw cut, removal and disposal of existing concrete and other materials. Removal of the existing lift system, leave all removed components at the ECRC facility. Excavate, form & place new concrete and backfill for concrete floor. All concrete work: 4000 psi (min.) structural grade concrete and be reinforced. All exposed concrete surfaces shall have curing compound placed. New to existing concrete shall have #6 rebar dowls 12" on center and adhered into existing concrete slab. Concrete slab finish shall be a toweled finish. Install utility chases as needed. Installation of inground lift per manufacturer guidelines. Set frame, install final components, test and make final adjustments. Training of employees shall be given after all testing is completed. If the situation arises, all repairs to existing utilities (airline, electrical, plumbing, etc.) shall be approved prior to and after repair for workmanship. 1 year minimum warranty of all workmanship and materials. All materials and density will be tested by ECRC, paid for by ECRC Provide ECRC a digital or hard copy of all operation, service and parts manuals.
