Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Meridian, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This work shall consist of Construct the north leg of the Linder Road and Overland Road intersection in order to prep it for connecting the future overpass, upgrade traffic signals for 4-way traffic, build 10 multi-use path on each leg, update pedestrian ramps on all four corners. Question Submission Deadline:February 24, 2025, 12:00pm Question Response Deadline:February 25, 2025, 4:30pm The work shall be completed in its entirety on or before September 16, 2025. The completion dates are predicated on the intent of ACHD to issue a Notice to Proceed to the Contractor on or about March 27, 2025. ACHD shall be entitled to Liquidated Damages of $2,000 for each calendar day of delay in the completion of the work. A delay on one portion of the project does not justify delays on other portions of the project. All questions or clarifications concerning the content and requirements of the Invitation to Bid (ITB) must be posted in the Q&A section of the solicitation located at the eProcurement Portal. All questions or clarifications must be submitted by 12:00 pm on Monday, February 24, 2025. Any interpretation that may alter or change the ITB will be in writing, in the form of Addenda, which will be furnished via the eProcurement Portal. It is the Bidders responsibility to check for Addenda before submitting bids. certified check, cashiers check, or a bid bond (collectively referred to hereafter as Bid Security) issued by a surety authorized to issue such bonds in the State of Idaho, in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the proposal submitted. The right is reserved to reject all proposals or reject any proposal not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents whenever such action appears to be in the best interest of ACHD.
