The Town of Easton is inviting bidders to bid on providing general contracting services to include work summarized as the following: Selective wall, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical demolition, construction of accessible bathrooms, framing and finish work, flooring, lighting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Minority business enterprises are encouraged to bid. The Town of Easton reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid, or portions thereof, when in their judgment, the public will be best served. Interested parties are encouraged to bid on any or all of the Bid Items. Bid Packages are available upon request at the Town Office at 14 South Harrison Street or via email request to tnewcomb@eastonMD.gov. Presentation of a Bid Bond, Letter of Credit or Certified Check in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid / proposal.
