Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the remodel of a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The project consists of a remodeling the Freemont Park Bandstand. This includes selective demolition of the existing deck, stairs and railings. Installing new stairs and an ada ramp are included. A new wood framed deck, footings, siding, railings are included. Alternates for additional scope are included on the bid form. Lump sum for General Contract Work, including all miscellaneous construction. Bid Security of 5% will be required in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bonds will be required in accordance with the Supplementary Conditions. Doc note: Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check in an amount equal to five percena Drawings and Specifications are available upon deposit of $250.00 for each set, plus $30.00 postage and handling for each shipment. The deposit will be refunded in the amount of $25 providing depositor submits a bona fide bid and returns set(s) in good condition within 10 days after bid opening; or depositor returns documents in good condition at least 5 days prior to bid opening.t (5%) of the bid to insure the execution of the contract for which the bid is made. In case the bid is not accepted, the check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder, but if the bid is accepted and the bidder shall refuse or neglect to enter into a contract with the City of Hodgenville within ten (10) days after the time he has been notified of the acceptance of his bid, the said check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the City of Hodgenville for the failure to do so.
