As of August 15, 2025, the project has been completed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: This work will consist of removing old system devices and installing a new Firelite ES1000X fire alarm control panel. Replacement of all smoke detectors with new System Sensor SD365 detectors. Labor, material and equipment to install and program a new fire alarm system Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or surety bond for ten percent of the amount of the bid included in the bid proposal as a guarantee that the contractor will enter into a contract to perform the proposal in accordance with plans and specifications. The Town of Prescott Valley is requesting bids to replace the fire alarm panel located at the Civic Center-7501 E. Skoog Blvd. This work will consist of: - Existing Fire Alarm Design and Submittals - provided by Owner -Labor to remove old system devices -Installation of one new Firelite ES1000X fire alarm control panel -Up to three new notification appliance power supplies (to be determined by design) -Replacement of all smoke detectors with new System Sensor SD365 detectors - New addressable monitor modules for any existing non-addressable alarm initiating devices, i.e., heat detectors; fire sprinkler system valve supervisory and flow - Beam Detectors or new smoke detectors in mezzanine (to be determined by design) - Labor, material and equipment to install and program a new fire alarm system The Town of Prescott Valley reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
