Site work for a civil project in Prescott Valley, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Town of Prescott Valley is seeking bids for the construction of the SUMMIT TANK 18" WATERLINE, CIP#CW2507. In general, the work primarily involves the construction of approximately 2,800 feet of 18" Waterline between the Prescott Valley Tank Farm and the Summit water tanks site, generally following an alignment north of the existing Glassford Summit Trail. The project will include construction of the waterline and associated appurtenances and restoration of the existing Trail for final completion. All work is located on land owned by the Town of Prescott Valley. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond for ten percent of the amount of the bid included in the bid proposal as a guarantee that the contractor will enter into a contract to perform the proposal in accordance with plans and specifications. The Town of Prescott Valley reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bid proposals, or any part thereof, to withhold the award, and waive any informality deemed in the best interest of the Town All inquiries must be submitted in writing on Public Purchase. The Town will not accept queries for inclusion in an addendum after Wednesday, March 5, 5:00 PM Arizona MST.
