Architectural, Engineering and Professional Consulting Services Renton School District No. 403 Request for Statements of Qualification for Architectural, Engineering and Professional Consulting Services February 11, 2025 The Renton School District is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for Architectural, Engineering and Professional Consulting Services, including but not limited to: Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Geotechnical, Acoustical, Civil Engineering and Land Surveyors; for planning, design, and construction support of one or more projects to be funded by the 2023 Capital Bond and/or the 2022 Capital Levy. The Capital Planning and Construction office is requesting these SOQ's as part of an annual update of our consultant roster for major and minor capital projects. If you have submitted an SOQ to the Renton School District during the previous 10 years, then do not feel obligated to submit a new SOQ unless you would like to provide updates. If you would like to update a previous SOQ to share specific details relevant to our current capital program, please do so at this time. The Renton School District will be considering all consultants who have submitted SOQ's in the past ten years or are submitting a new SOQ at this time, as part of our active consultant roster.
