Work consists of painting of numbers, markings and stripes on the surface of runways, taxiways, and aprons at the Airport. Work includes but is not limited to survey and layout of markings, painting and striping and related miscellaneous work. Work site: King County International Airport, 7277 Perimeter Road S, Seattle WA 98108. Bid Guaranty: Not less than five percent (5%) of the Total Bid Price. Bids received after Bid Close Date/Time will not be considered. Bidders accept all risks of late delivery, regardless of fault. King County is not responsible for any costs incurred in response to this Invitation to Bid. Time shall not exceed 365 calendar days from the date of Contract Execution by the County. Apprenticeship Requirements: 3% minimum Apprentice Utilization Requirement of the total labor hours worked during the contract. SCS Utilization Requirements. 5% minimum requirement for King County Certified Small Contractors and Suppliers (SCS) for the total price of all executed Work Orders.
