Soft landscape installation along Main Street from Manitoba Avenue to Taylor Avenue Specification shall cover the maintenance of all planting, which have been installed under this Contract. In general, work shall include: 1 Spring clean-up 2 Fertilizing 3 Watering 5 Weed control 6 Mowing of the boulevard low-mow grass 7 Pest and disease control 8 Fall clean-up/Winter preparation A Scanned Copy of a Certified Cheque Payable to the City of Selkirk, in an Amount of Not Less Than Ten (10%) Percent of the Total Tender Price or A Scanned Copy of a Bid Bond in an Amount of Not Less Than Ten (10%) Percent of the Total Tender Price. Performance Bond of an Amount Equal to 50% of the Total Tendered Price. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
