Work site location will be occupied during construction. When the total bid amount is equal to or greater than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) inclusive of taxes, and separate and/or alternate prices if being utilized, the bonding as set out in Section GC14.1 of the Supplementary Conditions. Bonds shall be outlined and included on the form attached to the RFP2 as Schedule or on a form satisfactory to the Owner and shall be in favour of the Owner. 1 Remove existing gutters and downspouts. 2 Provide new fascia boards. .3 Provide new pre-finished aluminum soffits as shown. 4 Provide new preformed insulation stops. .5 Provide new pre-finished aluminum fascia, gutters, roof edge trim and down pipes. .6 Provide specified downspouts and concrete splash pads. .7 Furnishing all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, incidentals, and all other miscellaneous works required to complete the work as shown and detailed on the drawings and/or as specified herein. Furnish labour, material, equipment, and services necessary for demolition and removal of identified items and replacing with new materials or salvaging of existing as per the enclosed specifications. Including in general: .1 Total removal of roofing material to bare decking and waste materials from site on a daily basis. 2 Carry out demolition in an orderly and careful manner, and in strict accordance with the requirements of local and provincial authorities having jurisdiction. 3 Installation of new materials as specified herein.
