If the Bidder is unable to utilize the electronic version, Bid Proposal Forms may be procured at the Office of the Village Manager, 2nd Floor, 104 Main Street, Mount Kisco, New York beginning Monday, January 13, 2025 between the hours of 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. A bid bond, certified check or bank check in the amount of 5% of bid must accompany the bid proposal. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and clearly marked "Contract 2025-01 - BID FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES 2025." The Village Manager reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities at his discretion, and to award contracts in a manner deemed to be in the best interests of the Village/Town of Mount Kisco even if such award is to other than the lowest bidder.
