Site work and paving for a civil project in Mount Kisco, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
As of October 14, 2025, the project was awarded to Intercounty Paving Co., Inc, with an awarded amount of $699,134.25. Milling of existing roadway surfaces and resurfacing with HMA top course, including adjusting valve boxes, manhole covers and catch basins, epoxy reflectorized pavement markings and other appurtenant work as necessary, all in accordance with Village specifications and requirements. A bid bond, certified check or bank check in the amount of 5% of bid must accompany the bid proposal. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and clearly marked "Contract 2025-05 - BID FOR 2025 ROAD RESURFACING". All Bidders are required to provide a "Certification of Registration" from the New York State Department of Labor with their bid; failure to provide proof will disqualify a bidder The Village Manager reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities at his discretion, and to award contracts in a manner deemed to be in the best interests of the Village of Mount Kisco even if such award is to other than the lowest bidder.
