Reference Number 0000397899 The Town of New Castle is presently accepting proposalsfor professional land surveying servicesfor property line and topographic survey along the proposed route of a sewer main at Amsterdam Park and through an easement at 121 Pines Bridge Road in the Town of New Castle. The "Limits of Work" area generally consists of the southwest corner of Amsterdam Park (SBL 80.15-1-37) as well as an existing easement on the northwest and southwest side of 121 Pines Bridge Road (SBL 80.15-1-35). The limits of work within Amsterdam Park is approximately a 200'x300' area at the southwest corner of the park, a 15' easement on the northwest property line of 121 Pines Bridge Road, and an easement on the southwest property line of 121 Pines Bridge Road approximately 60' wide. See "Limits of Work Map" (LM01).
