Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary for the installation of 510 linear feet of 8 inch class 54 DIP water main with pressure class 350 mechanical joint fittings and thrust blocks, fire hydrants, water service connections. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary for the installation of 720 linear feet of 8 inch class 54 DIP sewer main and resurfacing of roadway; clean and restore the site, all in accordance with the Contract Drawings and these Specifications. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and clearly marked Contract 2025-09 - BID FOR HIGHLAND AVENUE WATER MAIN & SEWER MAIN REPLACEMENT. A bid bond, certified check or bank check in the amount of 5% of bid must accompany the bid proposal. The Village Manager reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities at his discretion, and to award contracts in a manner deemed to be in the best interests of the Village of Mount Kisco even if such award is to other than the lowest bidder.
