Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Mount Kisco, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
**As of April 21, 2025 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for interior and exterior renovations at the Leonard Park Tea House in accordance with the plans and specifications. The project is located at 1 Wallace Drive, Mount Kisco, NY 10549 and must be completed by May 12, 2025. Bids shall be made on the Proposal Forms furnished with the Specifications and must be accompanied by a Bid Bond acceptable to the Village or a certified cashier's check drawn on a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 5% of the total amount of the Bid. Checks shall be made payable to the Village/Town of Mount Kisco, NY, and are to be held by the Village as a guarantee for the proper execution and delivery of the Contract and bonds to secure the faithful performance thereof. In default of such execution and delivery of Contract and Bonds, the amount of the deposit represented by the check shall be forfeited to and retained by the Village/Town of Mount Kisco as liquidated damages. The Village Manger reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality in any Bid, and to award the Contract to other than the lowest Bidder if deemed in the best interest of the Village to do so.
