Renovation of an educational facility in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The East Stroudsburg Area School District will receive sealed bids for CAFETERIA ART DESIGN - SIGNAGE. The District maintains ten (10) school buildings: two (2) high schools, two (2) intermediate schools, and six (6) elementary schools. The service to be provided requires: completing all measurements of the ten (10) school cafeterias, including service lines equipment, hot/cold serving lines, merchandisers, milk coolers, cashier carts, entrance/exit areas, handwashing areas, stations, etc.; design and creation of all proposed food murals, designs, hanging signs, decals, etc. which must be clearly visible and incorporate the designated school colors and mascots; installation of the same at the ten (10) school cafeterias. The design proposal must include custom artwork. Respondents shall, following the pre-proposal meeting set forth below, create a written proposal presentation setting forth in detail and pictorially the proposed materials for each school building, and the total cost of the project.
