Project Location: 557 and 559 E. Pine Street, Florence, SC The City of Florence is accepting sealed bids for the construction of a single family residence at 557 and 559 E. Pine Street, Florence, SC. Questions concerning this invitation to bid should be directed to the City Purchasing Agent, Lynwood F. Givens in writing by e-mail at lgivens@cityofflorence.com. The deadline for the submission of all inquiries The City of Florence is seeking bids from qualified General Contractors to build a single-family residence at 557 E. Pine Street (Parcel No. 90103-06-003and 559 E. Pine Street (Parcel N0. 90103- 06-004). This project must be completed within 180 consecutive calendar days from the date of the notice to proceed. A penalty of $250.00 per day may be withheld for non-completion within the time specified. The respondent shall perform or provide any and all professional services related to the project and obtain all required permits and licenses. Respondent represents that all tasks will be performed in accordance with generally acceptable professional standards and further represents that the advice and consultation provided shall be within its authority and capacity as a professional. Respondent will comply with the regulations, laws, ordinances and requirements of all governmental impact applicable to assigned project
