Marion Street, Florence, SC. This project must be completed within 45 consecutive calendar days from the date of the notice to proceed. A penalty of $100.00 per day may be withheld for non-completion within the time specified. The respondent shall perform or provide any and all professional services related to the project and obtain all required permits. Respondent represents that all tasks will be performed in accordance with generally acceptable professional standards and further represents that the advice and consultation provided shall be within its authority and capacity as a professional.
