This statewide contract is to provide necessary Aviation Pavement Engineering. One (1) consultant will be selected to provide these services on an as-needed basis for two years, with an option to renew. Project Manager - Wayne Simpson, P.E. User Division - KY Department of Aviation Approximate Fee - $500,000 (Upset Limit) Work will be assigned via Letter Agreement, not to exceed $150,000 Project Funding - State and Federal Funds Contract Term - Two Years (with renewal options) Assist the KY Department of Aviation with pavement engineering analyses and services beyond the expertise and/or time constraints of existing personnel. The Consultant team may include a DBE Participation Plan with their Response to Announcement to help the Department meet the 11.95% DBE goal established by FHWA.
