Site work for a mixed-use development in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The improvement includes stream enhancement and stabilization south of Red Cross Drive and west of 30th Street by excavation, rip rap, stabilization, and other incidental items, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 661-170/183, located in Beaverdale Park at 3333 Adams Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction. This project shall be fully completed not later than September 30, 2025, and in accordance with the Completion Provisions. The City of Des Moines (Jurisdiction) reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
