Site work and outdoor lighting for a civil project in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
The improvement includes painting of existing light poles, repair of light pole bases, replacement of light fixtures, and miscellaneous associated work, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 673- 321/327, located along E. Locust Street from the Des Moines River to E. 7th Street in Des Moines, Iowa. This project shall be fully completed not later than October 10, 2025, and in accordance with the Completion Provisions. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction. Work on each improvement shall be commenced upon approval of the contract by the Council, and completed as stated below. City of Des Moines (Jurisdiction) reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
