Renovation of a municipal facility in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Iowa Department of Administrative Services will be receiving bids for the replacement of existing wood shingled roof and EPDM roof at the Terrace Hill Carriage House, Des Moines, 50312. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services anticipates construction onsite to begin by July02, 2025and end by August 06, 2025. The Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders in the amount of 5%of the total bid amount. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier’s check or a certified check drawn upon a solvent bank chartered under the laws of the United States of America. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive irregularities and to accept a bid that is deemed in the best interest of the State of Iowa.
