The work consists of remodeling of the staff restroom and replacement of the walk-in cooler/freezer unit at Milton Pope School located at 3197 East 28th Road, Marseilles, Illinois 61341. Bidder will be required to provide Bid Security in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid amount proposed, in the form of a certified check or cashiers check made payable to the Owner, or a Bid Bond. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond in the full amount of the contract. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any irregularities in the Bidding, and to award contract in Owners best interests.
