Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.

As of March 14, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The project consists of construction of a 60 x 120 pre-engineered composite wood column, wood framed structure with metal siding and metal roofing systems. Site improvements include excavations and fill to accommodate new building. Project consists of gravel parking lot expansion to the west of the existing parking lot and additional work as indicated. Contract Type: Single prime lump sum contract. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Base Bid amount proposed, in the form of a certified check or cashiers check made payable to the Owner, or a Bid Bond, must accompany bids. INTERPRETATIONS/CORRECTIONS A. Prospective primary contractors and subcontractors are required to promptly notify Architect of any observed ambiguities, discrepancies and errors in the Bidding Documents and any inconsistencies between these documents and site and local conditions. B. Prospective bidders and sub-bidders requiring clarifications or interpretations of the Bidding Documents shall make requests for such as early in the bidding period as possible. C. Required interpretations, clarifications, corrections, or modifications of the Bidding Documents will be made by Addendum. Such information provided in any other manner will not be binding upon the Architect or the Owner. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any irregularities in the Bidding, and to award contract in Owner's best interests.
