"CDBG Administra5ve Proposals" are to be sealed and the face of the envelope should be clearly marked "CDBG Administra5ve Proposals " on the outside. A personal interview may be requested by the City of Arkansas City to be held during the selec5on processes. The Administra5ve firm will be selected at the next City of Arkansas City commission mee5ng being held on March 18th. The City of Arkansas City, city commission will complete its ra5ng that evening and select a firm. Evalua5on of proposals will be conducted from Tuesday March 18th, 3pm-4pm. If addi5onal informa5on or discussions are needed with any bidders during this window, the bidder(s) will be no5fied. The selec5on decision for the winning bidder will be made no later than Tuesday March 18th. No5fica5ons to bidders who were not selected will be completed by March 25th. Project Timeline: The 5meline for comple5on of the Project must be done by July 31, 2027. Project planning phase will determine the 5meline/schedule for the remaining phases of the project.
