Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Huntsville, Alabama. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

** As of March 26,2025, project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid.** A cashiers check or bid bond payable to Alabama A&M University in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000, must accompany the bidders proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract. Written prequalification procedures and criteria are available from the office of Nola | Van Peursem Architects, PC. 301 Jefferson Street, Huntsville, Alabama 35801. Please email info@nvparchitects.com for prequalification requirements. The deadline for submission of pre-qualification documents is 5:00 p.m., March 5, 2025. Bids must be submitted on proposal forms furnished by the Architect or copies thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owners judgment, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted. Nonresident bidders must accompany any written bid documents with a written opinion of an attorney at law licensed to practice law in such nonresident bidders state of domicile, as to the preferences, if any or none, granted by the law of that state to its own business entities whose principal places of business are in that state in the letting of any or all public contracts.
