Bid Package Wellfield_2.01 - Work Procurement Packages includes but is not limited to all work, labor, equipment, personnel, and materials necessary to complete the requirements of the proposal documents including the drilling of New Water Wells for the Midland County Utility District Water Improvements Project, in accordance with the Bid Documents. deadline to ask questions is 2/27/2025 2:00 PM CST Midland County Utility District, Parkhill, and Garney Companies, Inc. (Contract Team) will receive and open all proposals in a manner which does not disclose the contents to the respondents or the public during the selection process. Bids will be turned into the main reception desk at the Parkhill office previously mentioned. The selection shall be made public after award of the agreement or not later than the fourteenth day after the date of the final selection of Bids or proposals, whichever is later. In addition to the proposed costs, selection will be made based upon the entire proposal package. Additional Information can be found in the Section 00 21 13 Instructions to Bidders. The Contract Team reserves the right to make an award to other than the lowest-priced Bidder per Texas Government code chapter 2269. Award is subject to the discretion and final approval of the Midland County Utility District. All Bids shall be valid for a period of 90-days from the date Bids are opened and no Bid may be withdrawn until after Advertisement for Bids the expiration date. The CMAR reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities and technicalities and to accept the proposal most advantageous to the CMAR Team and Midland County Utility District. Qualifications as stated in the instructions to Bidders will be strictly enforced and any Bidder not meeting these qualifications may be disqualified. This contract is contingent upon Board approval from the Midland County Utility District. Neither the state of Texas, nor any of its departments, agencies, or employees are or will be a party to this Invitation for Bids or any resulting contract. Construct Work as described in the Contract Documents. 1). Provide the materials, equipment, and incidentals required to make Bidders Scope of Work Completely operable. 2. Provide the labor, equipment, tools, and consumable supplies required for a complete Project. 3. Provide the civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and all other Work required for a complete and operable scope of Work. 4. Test and place the completed Scope of Work in operation. 5. Provide the special tools, spare parts, lubricants, supplies, or other materials as indicated in Contract Documents for the operation and maintenance of the scope of Work. 6. Assume responsibility for and install CMAR provided goods and products and place in operation. 7. Drawings and Specifications do not indicate or describe all of the Work required to complete the scope of Work. Additional details required for the correct installation of selected products are to be provided by the Bidder and coordinated with the CMAR Question Deadline 02/27/2025 at 2:00 PM CT All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be submitted on the Project website at https://www.civcastusa.com. Technical interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by CMAR and Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
