Midland Water Treatment Plant Solids Handling Improvements Modification of the existing water treatment facility to provide solids dewatering for the Midland Water Treatment Plant. Estimate: $4,000,000.00 The purpose of this RFP is to contract with a firm to construct the Midland Solids Handling Improvements at the Midland Water Purification Plant. The work consists of the following primary elements: o Modifications of existing solids holding tank with surface mixer and decanter. o Removal and replacement of recycle pump station pumps. o Modification of existing solids dewatering building. o Installation of new progressive cavity pumps for solids transfer. o Installation of new volute dewatering press. o All necessary appurtenances and electrical improvements. Question Deadline 03/14/2025 Requests for Information/Clarification (RFI/C's) shall be submitted to the Engineer no later than 72 hours prior to the RFP submittal deadline.
