Site work and new construction of a detention facility in Midland, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a detention facility; and for site work for a detention facility.
As of April 4, 2025 Project has not been awarded, Award will be on April 15, 2025 Juvenile Justice Center Generally, the Commissioners Court selection will be made within 30 days. Interested parties are invited to attend the SOQ acknowledgement and the Commissioners Court meeting. Midland County reserves the right to reject any or all of the SOQ's, to waive all formalities, and to withdraw the RFQ at any time. SCOPE OF SERVICES: Services would include, but may not be limited to: 1. Conduct a survey and discussion with all stakeholders and other decision-makers on the setting of goals, priorities, and parameters for the project. 2. Prepare designs, drawings, project manuals, budget estimates, timeline, and phasing plan for the project. 3. Make presentations to Commissioner’s Court and Juvenile Board 4. Assist in letting of documents for Request for Proposal for construction 5. Assist in selection of CMAR for construction of facility 6. Work with CMAR through design to ensure program goals and budgets are met 7. Construction Administration Services throughout project phase 8. Assist in acceptance of facility by Midland County Question Deadline 02/27/2025 at 5:00 PM CT
