Site work for a mixed-use development in Lowell, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The University of Massachusetts Lowell, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for CL25-EM-0012 Cushing (Blue) Field Turf Replacement at Cushing Field Complex in Lowell, Massachusetts, The Project consists of but not limited to: The replacement of a knitted nylon synthetic turf carpet, various utility improvements and other work indicated on the contract plans and/or specifications. The work is estimated to cost $1,800,000.00. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30 39M and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L.c.149 26 to 27H inclusive. General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates), and made payable to the University of Massachusetts Lowell. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 02/20/2025 at 5:00PM EST for general bids.
